​​​​The Department of Transport in conjunction with Translink is responsible for the school bus routes and travel passes. The Translink Journey Planner is a useful way to check the most efficient way for your child to travel to school, you can access it here: https://jp.translink.com.au/plan-your-journey/journey-planner

Some students are eligible for support through the Transport Assistance Scheme.

Changes to Bus Routes in 2025:

Bus Queensland is making a number of changes to schools runs for Term 1 2025 that may impact your child’s travel arrangements. A list of these changes can be found at https://www.busqld.com.au/ipswich-school-changes-term-1-2025. If you have any concerns or queries, please contact customers@busqld.com.au or call 3802 1233. Translink's journey planner will have all of the updated route information available from the 6th of January 2025 for parents and caregivers to search for options for school bus travel.
