BSSC competes in the CISSSA (Combined Ipswich Secondary School Sporting Association) interschool sporting competition. Students have the opportunity to represent BSSC at a range of one-day carnivals, and afternoon interschool sporting competitions across summer and winter seasons.

Interschool Sport (general)
BSSC also provides opportunities for students to represent the school in non CISSSA events such as the Vikings Futsal Tournament, Rugby League Challenge Cup and LIVIN Well Basketball Challenge against Ipswich SHS.
BSSC Representation Policy
In order to represent BSSC in an interschool sporting team, students must adhere to the BSSC Representation Policy and comply with playing uniform requirements (plain black shorts, white socks).
